At Springfree® Trampoline AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking fees.

Secure the Packaging

Ensure the trampoline or accessory is disassembled and placed back into its original, undamaged boxes with all hardware and manuals included.

Arrange Shipping or Drop-off

Affix the provided return labels to the boxes and schedule a courier pickup or drop the items off at an authorized Springfree® regional warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
